The following guarantees apply to qualifying residential systems installed on or after January 1, 2026. Systems installed before that date remain subject to the guarantees that were in effect at the time of installation.
NO SURPRISE PRICE GUARANTEE
The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges or surprise add-ons to complete the work outlined in your approved proposal.
If additional work is requested by you, or unforeseen conditions are discovered that could not reasonably have been identified during the original estimate, we will discuss the options with you and obtain your approval before any additional work is performed.
100% SATISFACTION BUY BACK GUARANTEE
We accept personal responsibility for your complete satisfaction.
If, during the first year after installation of a complete heating and cooling system installed by B&B Heating & Air Conditioning, you are dissatisfied with the operation of your equipment, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem.
If the system still cannot be made to operate within the manufacturer’s published performance specifications, as verified by the manufacturer or its authorized representative, we will remove the system and refund your original purchase price.
This guarantee applies only to complete systems installed by B&B Heating & Air Conditioning on the same installation date.
$250 NO HEAT / NO COOLING GUARANTEE
If your new heating or cooling system fails during the first two years after installation, we will repair the covered failure at no charge for parts and labor.
If we cannot restore heating or cooling within 24 hours after our technician diagnoses the covered failure, we will send you a check for $250.
This guarantee excludes delays caused by manufacturer backorders, severe weather, utility outages, weekends, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
COMFORT GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the system we install will heat and cool your home as represented during the design process.
If the system fails to perform as promised due to our design or installation, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional charge.
NO LEMON GUARANTEE
If the original compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails twice within the first five years due to a manufacturer-covered defect, we will replace the outdoor unit with a comparable new unit.
If the original furnace heat exchanger fails within the first five years due to a manufacturer-covered defect, we will replace the furnace.
PROPERTY PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Your home will be treated with care and respect throughout the installation process.
We use protective floor coverings and take every reasonable precaution to protect your property. If our employees accidentally damage your property during the installation process, we will repair or replace it.
INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves on the skill, training, craftsmanship, and professionalism of our installation technicians.
Our installers will treat your home with respect, maintain a clean work area, wear floor protection when appropriate, clean up after the installation, and conduct themselves professionally at all times.
LIFETIME INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
As long as you own the original system installed by B&B Heating & Air Conditioning at the original installation address, we guarantee our installation workmanship.
If a defect is found to be directly related to our original installation, we will correct it at no charge.
This guarantee applies only to workmanship performed by B&B Heating & Air Conditioning and only to complete systems installed on or after January 1, 2026.
If another contractor modifies, disconnects, repairs, replaces, or services any portion of the system related to the claimed workmanship issue, this guarantee does not apply to conditions resulting from those modifications.
This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
